Air Runner Complete Air Suspension 2006-2008 Lexus IS250 / IS350

ACC’s air suspension can be roughly divided into two groups. The first group encompasses our Firestone ACC OEM bellows bags. These bellows bags are generally fitted to our MacPherson applications and have a 2-ply structure to maintain excellent durability. The second group of ACC’s air suspension consists of our Bridgestone sleeved airbags. To ensure the best possible ride quality, these sleeved airbags have similar structural designs that can be found on OEM Lexus air suspension. In addition, the Bridgestone sleeved airbags are well suited for long-term service; they can be rebuilt and if necessary, can also be replaced.

To attain the finest possible ride quality, KYB dampers are used in all of our air runner suspension kits. Each damper is specifically valved for its application after exhaustive research and development. In addition, a 4-way adjustment damping mechanism is incorporated into some of our applications to fine tune ride quality.

ACC’s designs are unique to each application and products are always manufactured and assembled in Japan.

JIC FLTA2 Coilovers 2006-2007 Lexus IS250/350

The JIC FLT-A2 is the flagship coilover system. All FLT-A2 coilovers are designed on US-spec vehicles for US streets, fitment and performance is unmatched. Included in the kits are pillow ball upper mounts with adjustable camber plates. For flexibility, the dampers have 15-way compression and rebound adjustability. The spring rates are of the linear-rate type with independent ride height adjustable lower brackets. This allows adjustment without compromising damper compression or rebound travel. Based off of racing technology, the FLT-A2 is a street performance suspension, customizable for full time track use. NOTE: some applications may come with a rubber bushing upper mount. A Pillow Ball upper mount may be substituted for additional cost and with no warranty. Please contact us for applications and details.

Sustec Pro FIVE delivers broad performance for the track to the streets. Featuring 12-way(16-way with TEAS) front & rear adjustment, FIVE allows drivers to fine tune height, dampening and rebound based on street conditions and driver preference.

Tanabe TEAS Programmable Active Suspension Controller

TEAS stands for "Tanabe Electric Active Suspension" and is the counterpart of the Sustec Pro FIVE & Sustec Pro SEVEN suspensions. This compact unit is the 'brain' behind the highly sophisticated new Tanabe suspensions. TEAS is a fully programmable dampener controller that allows for dampening force to be automatically adjusted while driving. TEAS accomplishes this by connecting and using the signal from the vehicle's Speed Sensor.

Remote dampening control from within the vehicle is not a new concept by any means. In fact, many Japanese vehicles from the 1980's including the FC3S RX-7 and MA70 Supra had buttons to change dampening from "Normal" to "Sport." Unlike other controllers that are simply an update of this older 'analog' technology, TEAS is a much larger step towards highly digital advanced suspension control and tuning through it's speed sensing "Active Mode"

TEAS active dampening control is uniquely possible due to the use of the specialized valving of the FIVE & SEVEN, in conjunction with TEAS' slim, high speed actuators. These actuators change dampener settings in 1/100ths of a second, which is necessary as TEAS can continuously change settings at different speeds.

Tein Super Street EDFC Contoller & Motor Kit

The EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force at the touch of a button while in the driver's seat. This is accomplished by controlling stepping motors installed on each shock absorber. Because the damping force can be controlled with such ease, the driver can adjust the suspension to suit all road/track conditions. Thus allowing the driver to fully enjoy the driving experience.
