Policies

Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity , there are risks with performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Kaizen Motoring or Rockstar Performance holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical , electrical or other failure when using aftermartket performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

By law a dealership in not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermartket part to the car , the aftermarket part wil void ONLY the stock part it is replacing. Below you will find some articles written by SEMA regarding the issue.

Conditions of Use

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order ,  nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Kaizen Motoring reserves the right at any time after receipt of your to accept or decline your order for any reason. Kaizen Motoring may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online , phone order , or other type of order with Kaizen Motoring , you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediate attention.

 

Privacy Policy

Kaizen Motoring respects your privacy. When accessing our website , Kaizen Motoring will obtain certain information about you during your visit. How we handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.

Kaizen Motoring will not sell or otherwise transfer any such personal information to individuals or entities outside of Kaizen Motoring without your approval.

Kaizen Motoring will not give out any information in regards to your online order information as well. All credit card numbers , email address , phone numbers and other identifiable information is securely stored in our system. Kaizen Motoring reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.

 

Ordering Procedure

  When you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in stock. Some speciality items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs , these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product , your credit card is charged immediatly as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed , a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

 

Shipping and Returns

Kaizen Motoring drop ships some products and ships others direct. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for out of the country orders and oversize packages. All shipping prices on the site are for the continentalUSA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers can be received by email. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location , please follow  the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed , your shipment may not be able to be able to be covered by insurance.

Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at kaizenmotoring@yahoo.com.

Keep the product and its original packaging and box.

Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)

Kaizen Motoring will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above  to schedule a pickup , DO NOT send it back to us.

Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company , claim may take 1-3 weeks. then replacement will be sent.

In the event that the shipping company does not pay out the claim , we will work it out. 

The FedEx  rates shown at time of checkout are dimensional rate from FedEx. If your shipment weight is too much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (outside the US) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

If a product is ordered and not wanted , the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable  in either direction. All items wanting to be returned or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 daus of receiving the shipment to be considered. No Items will be returned after 30 days. 

In the event that the product you ordered is sent  either incorrectly or processed wrong by Kaizen Motoring , we will except the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect. 

To return a item back to us , please do the following:

Contact a Representative to receive a confirmation number. All packages returned without a Confirmation number  will be refused.

Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable.

Include a copy of your receipt.

Write a brief description of the problem with the product.

If you have a receipt for the return shipping include that as well.

We do not accept any freight collect packages.

Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.

 

Payment Terms

Kaizen Motoring accepts Visa and Mastercard with appropriate billing and shipping addresses.All orders can be completed online if applicable  or by phone at (760)532-4246. All orders are paid in full at time of purchase. Price and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.

 

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Kaizen Motoring does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products that are race use only  as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed by professional service centers only. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost  other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.
